Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Carl's Just Get It. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in their original condition, including tags and packaging where applicable.
Eligible items
- Jewelry and apparel in unworn, unused condition with original packaging
- Items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect (we will cover return shipping)
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are generally final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (if applicable)
- Items marked final sale, clearance, or custom/personalized products
- Gift cards and digital products
How to start a return
- Email Carlsj35@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Ship items back within 14 days of approval using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, contact us at Carlsj35@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. We may recommend placing a new order for faster fulfillment.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe, first check with your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, contact us at Carlsj35@gmail.com.
