Thank you for shopping with Carl's Just Get It. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver orders placed at justgetitnow.store.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing may take longer during peak seasons, sales events, or for made-to-order or high-demand items. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future; check checkout for available options.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 USD or more after discounts, where offered at checkout.
- Orders below the free-shipping threshold are charged a flat or calculated shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.
- Expedited shipping options, when available, will display their cost at checkout.
Carriers & delivery estimates
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, destination, and availability. Estimated delivery times after shipment are generally:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days (if selected)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date (or within 7 days of receipt for damage claims) at Carlsj35@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier and help resolve the issue promptly.
